• Where is the Brew JAM at?  The Brew JAM is held at Beaverdam Ruritan Park, located at 18002 Teman Rd. in beautiful and historic Beaverdam, VA (see map below). 

• What happens if it Rains?  You might get wet. Bring an Umbrella, a good Hat, or just Dance if off!  Rain or Shine, The Brews will be Cold , the Music will be Jamming and Fun Will Be Had...

• When do the gates open? High Noon - No camping out or early entry allowed.

• Do I have to print the ticket I purchased online? It is recommended. Tickets will not be reissued for lost /stolen tickets purchased online. Cell phone reception can be spotty, so we highly recommend printing out your ticket purchase and bringing it with you. 

• Do you take credit cards?  Yes, we accept credit cards at the gate. However, some vendors accept only cash and Venmo (a very popular electronic payment app). So, we recommend bringing some cash as well as considering downloading the Venmo  app to your phone ahead of time. 

• I'm old - Do I have to present an ID? Yes. Everyone who wants to sample alcohol must provide ID for a wrist band.  Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Proper ID is required. 

• Do I get tastings with my admission? No - just entry to event. Tasting tickets purchased separately.

• Are there any activities? Yes - plenty to do! Listen and Dance to Live Music, Play Games hanging out in the Beer Garden, Sample the Food Trucks, Shop the Vendors, Kids Zone play area, plus Corn Hole boards and Giant Jenga; feel free to bring your safe, family-friendly games as well (ex. ladder ball, bag toss games).

• Is it in the open sun?  Ruritan Park has a good mix of shady and sunny spots.  Hang out in our Beer Garden, Grove or any number of shade tree locations.

• Can we bring chairs? Yes. Please bring your chairs and blankets - we want you to be comfortable! Pop-up tents are also welcome, but please be considerate to others when choosing where to setup your BASE CAMP!

• Do you have Gluten-free options? Yes! While selections change year-to-year, we always have nice selection of gluten-free Ciders. 

• Can I bring some snacks? No outside food, beverages or coolers. Exceptions allowed for infants/small children and persons with a medical condition.  

• Can I bring my pet?  YES! Your well-socialized, leashed pet is welcome. No "GROWLERS" PLEASE!  If your pet exhibits aggressive behavior, you may be asked to return them home.  State mandated and current vaccinations /tags for rabies required for pets that are three months of age, or older. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, so please bring disposal bags, etc. We thank you!

• My plans changed, can I get my money back?  All sales are final. However, if the event is cancelled to due changing health restrictions, refunds will be issued.

• Can we drink at our vehicle? No. ABC licensing requires all Beer and Cider to be consumed within the fenced area. No consumption of alcohol in the parking areas is allowed.

• When is it over? Last Call is 5:45 and the Event ends at 6pm. Patrons must exit the park by 6:30pm.
